Logistics Supervisor

Lead, Optimize, Deliver:

MBL Food and Packaging is looking for a driven and experienced Logistics Supervisor to take ownership of our transport and dispatch operations. This is a high-impact role suited to a confident leader who can manage people, systems, and performance while keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading and motivating a logistics team to deliver consistent, high-performance results.
• Ensuring all orders are accurately processed, scanned, and dispatched on time.
• Overseeing route planning and strengthening capability in Transport Management Systems (TMS) for routing and real-time delivery tracking.
• Managing fleet readiness, including daily pre-start compliance and servicing coordination.
• Acting as the key link between Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• Quickly identifying issues, taking corrective action, and driving continuous improvement.
• Maintaining accurate records for Return to Stock (RTS), damaged, expired, and short-coded inventory.
• Setting, monitoring, and improving KPIs across transport and warehouse support functions.
• Planning and optimizing daily dispatch operations for maximum efficiency and service delivery.
• Promoting a strong safety, accountability, and problem-solving culture.

What You Bring:

• Proven leadership experience in logistics, transport, or distribution.
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Hands-on experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail.
• Flexibility and reliability, including availability to support extended hours or night operations when required.
• Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) Truck License.
• Valid Forklift License (High Reach experience preferred).
