We are actively hiring a Heavy Haul Freight Broker to grow and manage a profitable book of business while supporting our reputation for safe, reliable, and service-driven transportation. This role is onsite at our Corporate Office located in Elk River, Minnesota. Annual salary range: $45,000–$65,000, based on experience, plus bonus potential.

What You’ll Do:
- Build, develop, and grow your own book of business within the heavy haul and specialized freight market
- Prospect new customers through calls, networking, and relationship-building
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring a high level of service
- Negotiate rates with customers and carriers to drive profitability
- Source and manage reliable carrier partners
- Coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery, proactively solving issues along the way
- Maintain accurate records and activity within company systems
